I noticed that my monthly budget had doubled and spoke with Beth today about my concerns and shared that I would be shopping for a new supplier. Beth took time to analyze my past usage and was able to get me back to a more comfortable monthly spend. At the same time she set me up for paperless billing and autopay. Chris got here around 6:30, checked the burner boiler and immediately understood that the problem was likely with the thermostat —batteries! He checked the thermostat and I had some triple which I gave him, and then the thermostat was up and running.
