Brian was true to his ETA to my house for an emergency call. He gave me enough oil to see my family through the night, and troubleshot my boiler to boot. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated his help so late at night. Please note: my negative ratings below are to raise awareness that I ran out of oil because of a Townsend error. They deleted my account in error, causing me to run out of oil in the first place. I had to pay for Brian’s visit, thus my rating on price, convenience, etc. Brian was great.

Doug came to our home late Saturday with a no heat call. Turns out the controller on our boiler was no good. Even after a long day he was able to repair it so we had heat for the balance of the weekend, and appeared first thing Monday with the parts to get hot water back online. Can't comment on pricing since haven't been billed yet.

System was making a rumbling noise. Tony worked on it for quite a while, then he recommended she have a chimney sweep install a liner to help with the noise. We recommended Boxford Chimney Sweep. She was very pleased with everything and everyone one!
Installed new oil pump in all parts that became wet. Upgraded ignition system.. tested combustion to factory specifications.
