Traced attic water leak from AC drain plug. After repair, flushed drain pipe from inner pan with 1 gal of water. Resealed covers. All set!
Serviced Empire furnace pilot assembly ignition, with cleaning to restore standing pilot . Leak checked and tested wall thermostat operations.
Serviced water leak on Rinnai heating system with trap cleaning at unit, and new neutralizer media installation in cellar. This freed up condensate water from backing up. Changed heating curve with Rinnai technical assistance to improve heating performance thru boiler.
Installed new (combo circulator/ check valve), to resolve 1st floor gravity overheating .
Tuned up 6 Central AC units with cleaning, parts and R22 testing . Adjusted fan direction on 1st 5 ton unit.
