Traced attic water leak from AC drain plug. After repair, flushed drain pipe from inner pan with 1 gal of water. Resealed covers. All set!
Serviced Empire furnace pilot assembly ignition, with cleaning to restore standing pilot . Leak checked and tested wall thermostat operations.
Serviced water leak on Rinnai heating system with trap cleaning at unit, and new neutralizer media installation in cellar. This freed up condensate water from backing up. Changed heating curve with Rinnai technical assistance to improve heating performance thru boiler.
