Enrique, the AC Service Technician, was very efficient. He inspected, replaced parts, AND cleaned the condenser. He then inspected and replaced the filters in the attic. He was also very pleasant.

We had a tune up done for our very old furnace. Joe West was our technician, and was incredibly helpful, courteous, and just a pleasure to have work in our home! Thank-you to Townsend Energy and their staff for the quick response to my oil tank leaking! After speaking with Leena she immediately jumped in to action and had a service man to my house to make sure I would be ok for the weekend...Thank-you Leena for your wonderful Customer service. At this point Jeff Sartorelli was sent to the house to help me figure out what the best course of action would be...he was amazing and wonderful customer service. He was there during the whole process of replacing my oil tank. What a pleasure to deal with Jeff..thank-you Jeff!!

Troubleshot , Serviced relay chattering issue , with the installation of new L4080b aquastat.
Serviced Fujitsu AC unit with drain pipe flushing, and added 16 ounces of R410a refrigerant. All Set.
Serviced AC system with repair and cleaning. Tuned up oil heat afterwards with cleaning and new tune up parts.
Technicians completed work to solve a no heat issue.
