We would especially like to thank Steve (plumber) who was beyond amazing! Steve showed up ready to work with integrity and honesty. Also we needed an additional part installed which Steve personally requested to complete. We only recommend that in the future Townsend calls to confirm appointment times. On initial install day we had no idea if they were showing up. Just a confirmation call the Friday Or the day before would have been superb. During that confirmation call we could have been prepped that we were going to be losing heat for days - when temps were in the teens - and needed to be prepared or have a plan in place. Our salesman Bryan made no effort to follow up with us, or reach out to make sure we were prepared for the installation crew. At the last minute, after my inquiry, we were provided with space heaters to prevent our pipes from freezing, and keep our house warm. But this was still a stressful situation. Also the day after all work was complete the temperature rose to 85 degrees in the house. After reaching out Eddie was sent to troubleshoot the issue. After looking at the new system, Eddie replaced our thermostat’s. It seems that would have been automatically done as part of the boiler install. Overall we were happy we our service and really appreciate Leslie’s involvement in lowering the cost of our system.
