I looked online for a repair service for my front load washer after the first repair company I contacted was a no show and had an automated call service that wasn't helpful. Looking at the Appliance Works website, I was encouraged to call them based on several factors - reviews, family-owned, licensed, bonded, and insured, and experience. I was pleased to be able to talk to a kind lady (Toni?) that shifted work orders around to accommodate my schedule. Cristina, my technician, was professional and knowledgeable of the brand of washer I had. She diagnosed the problem and completed the job in a timely manner. She was also very patient with my loud dachshunds, which I appreciated. I was very impressed with this company and we will definitely use them in the future!
