Absolutely the best-ever service experience with Appliance Works! On Monday, my Electrolux dryer stopped running. We have an extended warranty, so I called Electrolux, after a 15 minute wait, they took my info and told me to call another company to schedule the service call. When I called that company (Doctor Appliance), they told me it would be 2 hours before they could even get me on the schedule. I called again the next morning and was told that they only schedule in the afternoons, so I should check back after 3pm, and it would be at least 2 weeks before they would have anyone out. Very frustrating. SO- I immediately called Appliance Works. The woman who answered the phone was terrific - very friendly and helpful. She said she could have someone out that morning. 90 minutes later, Riley and Javon were at my front door. Both were professional, knowledgeable and also very friendly. They had the problem diagnosed and the part ordered within 30 minutes. They even vacumed behind my dryer! Riley thought it would be a few days to get the part and schedule the fix, but I received a call the next day telling me the part was in, and that they could be back the following day (today) to fix the dryer. Riley and Javon, who are just the nicest people, were back at the scheduled time, and had the dryer running in 15 minutes. I could not be happier with this entire experience. My expectations were exceeded every step of the way. I will be calling them and asking for Riley and Javon for all of my appliances, and will be sharing my story and Appliance Works' contact info with all of my friends and neighbors.
