Before contacting Appliance works I reached out to several companies all of which were either rude, wanted payment before showing up or showed up only to say they couldn’t fix the problem and still charge me. From the beginning Bonnie on the phone was very nice and listened to me vent about past companies. She went above and beyond to reach out to the technician Christina to double check this was an issue they could repair. When Christina showed up she was very friendly and explained what the problem was and answered all my questions. I will 100% be using them again for any appliance issue I may have in the future. I’ll also be recommending them to anyone who needs appliance repair. Thanks again Christina and Bonnie!
