The tech was very knowledgeable. What was annoying , the problem was under warranty and she couldn’t help us because she wasn’t one of the 3/4 techs who does warranty work for whirlpool and we have to wait another week for them to fix our refrigerator. We have no working refrigerator. We paid $75 for this service call and now the service call to fix warranty work could cost us $150. Not a happy whirlpool customer.
