This was my first time using Appliance Works, and everything was great. When I called to schedule my washing machine repair I was asked where it was. Since it’s in the garage, I had to wait a couple of days longer so that the repairman could come early in the day. I had never been asked that before, so I was impressed that the company cared about their employees. When Ricky came and diagnosed the problem, he said he didn’t have the part in his vehicle, so he would be back the next day to finish the job. He did exactly that and was friendly and courteous throughout the whole transaction. I will definitely use Appliance Works again!
