This company always provides the best, and this repair was attended to by Matthew who again proved that Appliance Works is the company to call. Also very patient in this circumstance was Bobby, the office manager, who kept us up-to-date and ensured that the final repair (a part had to be ordered and then installed on a second visit) was perfect. Matthew was quick, knowledgeable, shared a lot of information with us about the appliance that he repaired, and double-checked that the repair was absolutely perfect.
