We have an old oven--as in 35 years old and (now) still going. However earlier a top burner and the oven coil "retired". We found Appliance Works with an online search. We did not hold out much hope the oven could be put back in working order but thanks to Matthew it was. The Company is a family business and although Matthew explained he is not a family member he spoke highly of the Company. We had to order a part but it came in quickly -a week or so. Matthew returned to install it. His service was exceptional-he is talented and very knowledgeable. Plus he has a service mindset. Also it was easy and pleasant to schedule with Appliance Works, they followed up to remind us of the appt, and Matthew was on time and called in advance. Lastly the service, labor, parts etc. were very reasonable. High fives all around and appreciate working with a family business.
