Our microwave stopped working! We first thought of going to a big box store for a replacement. But we had called Appliance Works when our fridge gave up the ghost. Cristina came after fixed it. She impressed with her knowledge of the appliance, skill in diagnosing, and repairing it. So, before the big box, we called and asked for her again. She had it fixed (blown fuse) in 15 minutes.
