On the first visit Riley determined a part needed to be replaced. Unfortunately he did not remember I told him, at that time, that I had not had HOT water for a couple of months. Therefore when he came back with the part ordered the hot water problem was not addressed. He then had to order a thermostat and it took another week to be received and be installed. I have a family and was without a washing machine for two weeks. Not a good position to be in.
