For this job, we came out for receptacles in the kitchen, not functioning. Multiple devices were backstabbed in the kitchen, and one of the back staff was loose on the device, causing the receptacles in series on that circuit to go out. I determine this by putting a multimeter from hot the ground and hot to neutral and determined the neutral was lost in the circuit. So we replaced the (4) receptacles, including a GFCI on the kitchen counter countertop on that particular circuit. Because of the backstab wiring method, customer asked if we could estimate the whole home for a re-device and rewire of each box. Additionally, we provided an estimate for a new range circuit to be installed as the customer would like to go from gas to electric range. While walking that scope of work, we noticed his main panel was full and not rated for tandem breakers to create space therefore we put together estimate options, including installing a subpanel coming off the main and moving multiple 15 amp circu
