For this job we came out for an annual maintenance check up per the VIP care plan where we went through an extensive checklist, thermal imaging of panel, pulled out multiple devices throughout home and looked at main electrical system. For the most post, electrical system is in great shape, however there were back stabbed devices throughout home and no smoke detectors. We went over the check list with the home owner as well as an estimate for the replacement of devices and rewiring each box we touch, including smoke detectors, all switches, receptacles and GFCI’s , excluding the kitchen as they were recently updated.
