For this job, we came out to assess a few receptacles, not functioning. Will determine because of the age in the condition the receptacles was interrupting the circuit with the way they were wired as well. So we suggested to replace all the devices in the basement and garage as they were the same age and similar condition. Additionally, the customer stated that she’s planning on selling the home soon, so we suggested a few safety items that weren’t present such as GFCI protection at the washer, whole home surge protector and the proper breaker for a multi wire branch circuit being a two pole breaker with a common trip handle. Customer moved forward with all of our suggestions.
