Arrived onsite and was shown to the back bedroom where the resident explained they were plugging in their oil based space heater. I pulled a few outlets and found the main culprit, but also with the age of the outlets we began a discussion on a redevice as well. I showed them the issue that i found and how to correct it properly, and what a redevice could do for them long term and she ended up asking for just these 2 receptacles to be replaced today, and got the membership. But while that was getting done i wrote up a redevice and we discussed that as well. Once done the 2 outlets that were replaced were tested and verified working. We discussed the redevice when the husband got home and the put a deposit down for that to be scheduled for 10/14-10/15 10/14: Arrived onsite and started at the basement and worked our way around the entire basement, did the outside and sunroom outlets, and then worked our way upstairs to start knocking out the other half.
