Arrived onsite and was shown to the living room where 2 baseboard outlets had stopped working after heaters had been plugged into them. Then i was shown upstairs to a bedroom above it where both of those baseboard outlets were out too. I began troubleshooting to find my issue, as well as completed a preformance and safety assessment. At the end of my assessment, i was able to talk to the resident about all the findings on my assessment, and what i would address. I wrote up options, and then she filled out the GoodLeap forms. Once completed, i began my work which included the following: I had to go into extended diagnostics to figure out the issues with the baseboard outlets, and was able to find the burnt up splice, that ran around the basement to a few more hidden junctions that i tidied up along the way. The outlet in the top right bedroom, has lost connection and would have to be refeed to be reconnected so for now that has been capped and blank plated. After redoing the burnt junc
