Arrived onsite and the resident showed me upstairs where they are getting a new electric stove and they need power and an outlet installed there. Then i was brought to the panel downstairs and upon opening it i could see it was an older panel with some heat damage done to the bus bar which i brought to the residents attention. I asked if the home inspector did an inspection and he said there was one but the guy marked nothing down for electrical. I did an assessment and found lack of bonding at the hot water heater, the panel wear and tear, as well as the fact the panel is full at the moment. I also ended up talking to him about whole home surge protection as well. He then showed me to an upstairs bedroom where they were removing a wall for a closet but it currently had power running through it. There was one switch in the closet that needed to be blanked, and the power coming into the closet wall ran back and i was able to trace to another bedroom outlet so i just capped it back there
