Job Checkin

Reason for today’s visit was due to lights flickering throughout the home. Customer stated that he was having flickering throughout the house, but he was noticing it most in the family room. The reason for noticing in the family room so much was due to the amount of lights, and that is the area that they spend the most time in. I went down to the main panel and began a voltage test while customer turned on as heavy electric appliances. I noticed as the 240 V equipment was cycling on and off the voltage was dropping voltage and raising on the other leg back-and-forth. We then went outside overhead service and noticed that there was multiple clamp connectors on there that were extremely. This issue that he’s having is due to poor connections on the neutral wire that feeds down to the meter.
