For this job we came out to estimate. Customer requested recessed lighting. We estimated installing (4) 6” wafer lights in the living room on a dimmer switch on one side of the three-way as well as rewiring and replacing the switched receptacles in the room, making them constant hot. We also estimated to replace (3) flush mount light fixtures with 6” wafer lights by removing the existing fixture and support box and expanding the hole. Lastly, upon looking in the panel, we suggested a few safety upgrades as there is no whole home surge protector, improperly wired multi wire branch circuits and no GFCI protection for the washer. Customers declined VIP care plan.
