Performed heating tune up service for hot water radiant and heat pump systems checking all electrical components, refrigerant balance, performance of full combustion analysis, cleaning and treatment of drains and boiler components, exercising of all zones. Recommend replacement of kitchen/dining zone valve as the valve is bypassing hot water without a call for heat and will over heat the kitchen/dining zone when other zones are calling.
