Found service disconnect pull out to be melted and wires disconnected. Didn’t see any signs of wires being compromised. However, replacing the service disconnect is gonna be very difficult as it seems like they built the room around the air handler. Replace service disconnect. Started system heat pump was working and auxiliary. Heat was working. Auxiliary heat and indoor fan pulling normal amps no other issues found.
