Performed heating tune up service on heat pump system checking all electrical components, refrigerant balance, unit start up, operation, defrost, shutdown. Customer complaint that system had trouble keeping up on coldest day of year so far - checked electric heat and system defrost as well as thermostat comfort settings for auxiliary heat strips. Everything looks and runs great!
