Found system operational upon arrival two notices on thermostat for maintenance reminder and service humidifier pad. Checked humidifier canister still in good shape. Performed heating maintenance service for system. Adjusted zone damper actuator set screw and placement for main zone. Said if main zone fails again recommend replacing of zone damper actuator, but actuator motor functions normally.
