We received a no heat service call from a customer whose propane furnace would not ignite. With a cold front moving into the area, this was an urgent issue. I performed a full diagnostic and, after confirming proper gas pressure, tested the furnace igniter and found it was faulty. I completed the propane furnace repair by replacing the bad furnace igniter with a new part from my van stock. The unit fired up immediately upon testing. The customer was relieved the issue was found so quickly and that their Rosman heating system was fully restored.
