Autho:275 SRBM Customers 30 gallon electric low boy water heater is leaking due long term neglect and has been leaking for an extended amount of time, will need to completely replace the water heater with all required code items to resolve the issue. Customers badger 5 is leaking and jammed up causing the sink to back up due to it not being able to be run. Will need to completely replace the unit to resolve the stoppage and the garbage disposal leak. Customers only delta shower on the main level is running consistently due to neglect, issue has been persisting for at least a year due to the rate of water flow we have and the damage caused by the running faucet. Tech could not locate any type of slab leak at this time, we will need to contract a leak detection team to locate a slab leak if there is one.
