Customer States: When he uses his hose bib on back side of home it leaks in his foundation. Technician Notes: Out today to look into possible issue with hose bib/ pipe connection. Pipe apparently will leak when customer attaches hose or pressure washer. Attached pressure gauge to pressurize hose bib. I do not see any leaks. Shallow crawl space on back left corner of home where hose bib is located. Resolution: Recommend replacing hose bib as there is no seal around this opening which can cause water to get into foundation. Line will need cut from the inside of shallow crawl space.
