Plumbers report Customer complained that after taking a shower the floors and drywall were wet. Tech plugged shower drain and tested the pan. Water flowed out right away. Leak detection determined that the shower pan failed suddenly allowing water to flow into the closet on the other side. There are no signed of long term leakage. Tech recommended installing a new shower pan.

Technician would have to break stucco to repair abs break on drain would be cutting the section out and replacing a 2” clean out followed by a section of pipe to repair and attach into existing 2” abs drain pipe
Technician Perform leak detection at 6723 Poinsettia Court, Chino, CA. Customer complaint of scene water on the floor close to toe kicks Technician then opened up drywall to inspect water leads to locate source of leak Technician spotted sudden broken Abs Drainline in the kitchen wall from normal use. Leak appears to be going on for approximately 24-48hrs prior to discovery.No signs of long term leaking.
Technician caulked tub around shower, door section.. Customer said that’s where the leak is coming from no leak detection performed
Technician would need to open up a hole in the drywall removed old icemaker box install new icemaker box reconnect, whatever piping is inside the wall. Does not include drywall or framing.
