Customer complained that when taking a shower she sit on the bench and heard a pop like sound. After taking a shower she noticed water coming up through the flooring right in front of the shower dam. Location is the master bathroom shower / tub combo Basted on the amount of water it appeared to be leaking for 10 to 15 minutes before discovery. We advised to not use the shower until repairs can be done by a licensed tile contractor. There are no signs of long term leakage.

Unit is a r22 system. Check capacitors for condensate. Found condensate fan motor was replaced but with after market motor. Air coming out at the top side of the condenser. Check indoor unit which is a chill water heat pump for the heating side.
Install new air gap assembly air. Gap assembly is clogged. Water is coming out onto the counter when she is running the dishwasher. Airgap, brush, nickel.
For this job, me and Tai did a complete tuneup cleaning the condensing coils, checking the blower fan. Check the heat, exchanger, evaporator coil, and the ducts.
