Demo concrete 45ft of concerete along the side of the house. Demo two access points in the stucco. Excavation soil and installation of new 2” drain line for the laundry and the kitchen sink. Install pipe at 2% grade per code requirements. Rebuild the drain piping under the kitchen sink and reconnect to new provided clean out and sanatary tee. Reconnect to existing vent. Rebuild stack raiser for the laundry room. Install new clean out and reconnect to the exising p-trap with new sanatery waste tee. Reconnect to existing vent. Excavate main swere line in the front yard planter 4ft deep and connect new 2" pipe. Stucco and concrete to be reapired by other.
Dig up In guest bathroom access pipe. Repair pipe, remove camera from line.
Camera was stuck 19ft in. Tried to pull camera out with no success
LEAK DETECTION REPORT Breached concrete and located 3/4" hot water line that burst inside the concrete slab 1" below the top of the concrete. Base on the amount of water leaking, and the amount of water damage to the home, the water was leaking for approximately 6hrs before discovery.
