To replace the existing non operational system that was damaged from the tree collapse needs to be replaced. The refrigerant system contains a leak that is R22 and is no longer in operation. To re[place the unit for it to cool the home, the outdoor condensing unit, evaporator coil and the copper refrigerant lines must be replaced.
