Rough in Bar sink in the corner behind vanity and garage sink. Relocate hot, cold, and waste water lines into the wall so the cabinet can be installed without cutting into the sides and the back. We will need to 45 out of the wall around the 4x4 post in the corner. That will be the only section the cabinet will need to be notched. Stub out a new hot, cold, and waste Line for the bar sink. Reconnect the garage sink p trap after drain is relocated.
Relocate was it line so the cabinets do not have to notched so much.
