Checkin Enhancement
- Checkin using the iOS AppMake sure you are using the latest version of the Nearby Now app, and login. Please enter enough text for us to work with. Include specifics that the AI can expand on, such as manufacturers, models, features, or other key details. And of course, enough to understand the nature of the job or service (installation? repair? delivery? checkup?). Click the AI button to generate proposed enhancements, look them over and edit as you judge appropriate, add photos or a video, and click the checkin button to complete your checkin.
- Checkin using the Android App: Make sure you are using the latest version of the Nearby Now app, and login. Please enter enough text for us to work with. Include specifics that the AI can expand on, such as manufacturers, models, features, or other key details. And of course, enough to understand the nature of the job or service (installation? repair? delivery? checkup?). Click the AI button to generate proposed enhancements, look them over and edit as you judge appropriate, add photos or a video, and click the checkin button to complete your checkin.
- Checkin using the Admin Web Site: Login and choose either ACTION > Checkin or ACTION > Review Request. Please enter enough text for us to work with. Include specifics that the AI can expand on, such as manufacturers, models, features, or other key details. And of course, enough to understand the nature of the job or service (installation? repair? delivery? checkup?). Click the AI button to generate proposed enhancements, look them over and edit as you judge appropriate, add photos or a video, and click the Checkin or Checkin and Request Review button to complete your checkin.
Review Response Generation:
- Respond to Google Reviews: Please make sure you already have your Google Business Profile(s) setup by logging into the admin portal, go to ADVANCED > Google Business Profile > Activation/Settings. Once you have the Google Business Profile integration activated, just login to the admin portal, go to Reports > Google Reviews. Find a review that you'd like to respond to, choose Public Response in the three-dot action menu for that review, then click Generate AI button to generate proposed review response. Look over and edit the proposed response as you judge appropriate and click Save when you are ready to post it publicly.
- Respond to Nearby Now Reviews: Login to the admin portal, go to Reports > Reviews Completed List. Find a review that you'd like to respond to, choose Public Reply in the three-dot action menu for that review, then click the Generate AI button to generate proposed review response. Look over and edit the proposed response as you judge appropriate and click Save when you are ready to post it publicly.
