We are proud to announce two new dashboards for your reviews, one for Google Business Profile reviews, and the other for Nearby Now reviews.
Both provide an easy-to-use pie chart of review score (1 through 5). Both provide a month-over-month bar chart for new reviews acquired. And both provide a continuing trendline to show the total reviews over time. Hover over any point on the trendline to get the total reviews to date, as of that date. You can also highlight portions of either chart to zoom in to see more detail.
And all of this is on top of the extensive dashboards and reporting already available.
Just last week we announced the most comprehensive suite of Google Business Profile metrics available anywhere outside of Google itself with every metric available for every location you setup, whether you have only one Google Business Profile each, or many. We have been providing drill down reports for Google reviews for years with the ability to save, share, and schedule pushed reports for each. We have also been providing alerts and reminders for Google reviews — not just new ones, but also for edits to existing reviews.
On the Nearby Now side, we offer extensive reporting for reviews. Completed review reports organized by team member, or for the entire team. Review request reports organized by team member, or for the entire team. City activity reports, that detail review requests and completed reviews by city. And our leaderboard report, that helps you easily visualize who is having the most success securing reviews on your team, and who may need a bit of coaching.
And all of these reports, too, can be saved for later reference, shared, and scheduled to be pushed to a distribution you determine on the schedule you prefer.
How do you take advantage?
Just login with your Nearby Now account! SEO Master subscribers will have access to both the Google review (COMPANY > Reports > Dashboard then click the Google tab) and Nearby Now review (COMPANY > Reports > Dashboard) drill downs. SEO Pro subscribers will have access to the Nearby Now reports, only, since setting up your Google location(s) is an SEO Master feature.
