System is a 2017 heat pump. The unit is not communicating or zoned. Upon arrival, I found that the blower motor bearings are worn. This was likely caused by the build up present. The blower wheel is spinning uneven. We will locate the aftermarket x13 blower motor tomorrow and reach back out with a timeline. The system is still currently cooling, but jacking noises and not spinning as well as it was.
