I performed a heating maintenance on a zoned 2020 gas system. I checked amps, filter, cleanliness, electrical, and safeties. I noticed the ducts were beginning to have enough build up to become an issue. I noticed there were air cleaning devices around the house and presented the air scrubber. The plenum for the upstairs zone is coming apart. This is causing the unit to heat and cool the attic space. Customer wants to renew membership. Customer became unavailable and left for work before I could collect. We will need to reach out in the morning to collect for renewal.
