Upon arrival I started inspecting the unit from he inside. I provided a call for heat and nothing came on, I then provided a call for cooling and nothing came on again. I tested for power to the thermostat and I was getting 0volts of power. I then proceeded to check the main circuit breaker box and found he air handler breaker to be in the office position. I turned he breaker back on and tested for power at the air handler breaker and I was getting 240 volts coming in but 0 volts being supplied out. This tells me that the circuit breaker foe he air handler is burnt out and is not working properly. I called he client and explained to him what was going on and provided estimate to have breaker changed out. He elected to not go with the estimate. Unit is still down and not working at the time of departure.
