Arrived on site for QC visit on new install. Homeowner stated all was well with normal system operation. System is level all wiring is good no error codes. Tested normal heating operation. Measured 140 supply. Tested heat kit. Drain line is draining well at this time. Outside unit is level all electrical components are good and tight. All components are operating as designed. Added refrigerent to manufacturer specification. Notice a small amount of air leakage on supply plenum and rust around an improperly sealed duct. Also noticed no surge protection on the system. Discussed options for getting both of these issues addressed. Homeowner requested some time to think over the recommendations. Unit in good working order upon departure. Thank you for your time.
