Warranty replacement of the Compressor and TXV 1. We will need to remove the contaminated refrigerant 2. We will cut and remove the failed compressor 3. We will remove the TXV in the indoor unit 4. We will flush the entire refrigerant line set with an acid cleaner 5. We will blow through it with nitrogen to push the remaining acid cleaner out 6. We will install the new TXV 7. We will remove the refrigerant filter 8. We will install the new compressor and refrigerant filter 9. We will pressurize the line set to ensure there are no leaks in the system 10. We will vacuum the refrigerant lines to remove any further contamination in the line set 11. We will replace the breaker outside with a 35 amp (complementary) 12. We will charge the system with new refrigerant 13. We will test the system to ensure it is operational.
