I performed a single system heating maintenance on a 2020 gas system. I checked amps, electrical, cleanliness, and safeties. The system is currently performing well. I advise that some air quality issues be addressed. The air quality check indicated poor air quality, and it is not good to breathe or for the operation of the system. Do to my findings, I offered to install an air treatment device and upgrade the filtration of the system. Also, I went over surge protection because of the incoming weather. It is important to protect these system from black outs, brown outs, and proximity lightning strikes. Customer elected to upgrade his filtration. I collected in full for the future work.
