I performed a 2 system heating maintenance on 2020 equipment. I checked amps, capacitors, filters, electrical, and cleanliness. I determined that the system is currently mechanical in good shape. However, I did discover that the blower wheels have a reasonable amount of dust build up present. This causes drag on the motors and will internally wear them down faster. To help prevent surprise cleaning cost, the systems air filter needs to be upgraded to allow better removal. With the incoming weather, I advise adding at least 2 surge protectors to the outdoor units to protect the compressors. Customer declined all options at the time of service.
