Upon arrival, I found the furnace in a thermal limit lock out. I reset the system and began testing. I observed that the blower motor kept cutting in and out. I checked voltage while the motor was acting up, and I verified that I still had a constant 24 and 120v to the motor. I determined that the blower motor is failing and needs replacement. I checked the warranty, and I learned that it was expired. I reached out to the office to assist in pricing the motor. Customer declined repairs at the time of service. I left the unit off to prevent further damage to the system.
