System: furnace 1996 - evaporator coil 2002 - condenser N/A Upon arrival, I found the system fully frozen. I spoke with the homeowner and he informed me that the blower motor was not operating. I discovered that the blower motor was overheated. I began troubleshooting and found that the capacitor was 1/40. Customer approved the replacement. I waited for the blower to cool down and turned the system on. The blower is back to operating. The filter was completely caked. The customer instructed me to leave it out and that he will get one. Further issues may be present, but I could only test so much due to the system being frozen. First maintenance visit will be heating. The system is a propane unit.
