Job Checkin

I performed a 2 system heating maintenance. Systems are 2010 propane furnace and 2025 heat pump. I checked amps, filters, electrical, cleanliness, and safeties. The systems are heating inside of manufacture specifications. I noticed 2 issues on the 2010 unit. I observed that the bearings are becoming worn on the blower motor. This leads to the motor seizing up. Also, the flame sensor is almost completely burnt through. I showed these to the customer. The customer agreed that the flame sensor needs to be replaced. Customer is aware at the ball park cost of a motor replacement. Customer mentioned an issue with the son’s room not wanting to come on. I observed that the sensor is likely getting teased due to the location. I advised that relocation of the sensor would be a good idea, but the layout makes most location not ideal. Customer will keep us posted about how it performs after moving it to suggested location. Customer will keep in the loop of how the system acts after moving the
