Upon arrival, customer stated there were no major issues with the system, and that everything was working well to his knowledge. I changed and dated the air filter at the furnace. While changing the filter, I noticed that the Plenum was extremely dirty and that the blower wheel was starting to accumulate a decent amount of dust. Blower motor amps were within range, as well as, the blower capacitor. It was noticed that some of the return duct were missing insulation and this was shown to the customer. Continuing to the condenser it was found at the contactor were high, and it was found to have pitting on the contacts. Run capacitor, and Hardart kit were testing within range. Start amps and run amps for the compressor and condenser fan were testing with range. it was also found that the condenser coils were very dirty so I made sure to give them a good wash to promote heat exchange.
