Arrived at our clients home for a system estimate. Our client is considering converting his garage into a potential functional space. They plan on having anywhere from 4-10 people at a time. The space is roughly 500sq ft. We would be able to run the necessary electrical circuit for the outdoor condenser unit, and I included the cost of the materials in both estimate options. I created 2 estimates for 24k and 30k BTU units respectively. I did also include a year of maintenance for both of the existing conventional split systems in the home.
