I performed a single heating maintenance on a 2020 airhandler and 2019 410A heat pump system. I checked amps, capacitors, filters, electrical, drains, and safeties. I noticed that the airhandler has bit of build up present on blower motor. I rinsed it the best I could with water. I found that the capacitor has not been changed reading 42/45 on the compressor side. The customer is aware of the capacitor and wants to change it himself. I provided pricing to address the build up on the blower wheel. Unit was heating upon departure.
