Demand call for upstairs system not cooling properly and having iced over. Customer did thaw out the system and the ice was cleared by the time we got here. Found the filter to be dirty, customer stated it’s only been in there for a month. Turned the system on and checked pressures and found the system to be low. Performed a leak search on indoor coil and couldn’t find anything. The outside coil has leak coming from the high pressure switch stem. Customer was outside with us and was able to see the leak himself with the soap bubbles we used. Our install crew is scheduled to come out tomorrow at 9am to do the repair.
