Preformed heating maintenance on a Lennox gas system 2015. I started by placing air advice machine in the home. However I did notice that the client has some remodeling going on in the home, which can cause the air quality to be a little worse than it actually is. I then proceeded to the attic where I tested all safeties and electrical components on the furnace. All tested within manufacturer specifications. The temperature being supplied to the home was at 120 degrees and the or being returned to the unit was at 76 degrees. I did changed the filter we provided to the client per his request. I noticed the system did not have any surge protection on either the inside unit or outside. Provided estimates to have surge protection installed.
